Battlestar Galactica Museum

F.A.Q.

1) What is the Battlestar Galactica Museum? Can I visit it?

– The Battlestar Galactica Museum (hereafter dubbed as “BSGM“) is a website dedicated to all things (but mostly reboot) past- and current Battlestar Galactica. We strive to bring you both information about the (reimagined) Battlestar Galactica Franchise as about its main actors.

BSGM can only be visited through the URL http://www.battlestargalacticamuseum.com – there is no need to look for an actual museum because (as far as we know…) there is no such thing.
The big advantage of an online museum is that we are open 24/7!

2) Why call it a “museum”… aren’t museums boring?

– Museums are only as boring or interesting as the people running it. We can only do our best to make this site as informative and interesting as possible.

We called it a “museum” because that is what we intend to be. A current up to date website for all people involved in the series, images, etc. Also – in the BSG miniseries – it became obvious that the Galactica was set to become a museum after its decomission… so that’s how the BSGM was born!

3) Can we contact you if I want to send a message to the cast/crew of Battlestar Galactica?

– Fast answer: no.
We have no direct contact with any of the cast and crew of the series – nor are we affiliated to any of their management teams. If you want to send a message to any of the cast/crew, it’s best to stick to their fanmail addresses or twitter.

4) Can I please use the BSGM-logo or BSGM-avatar and why does it look the way it does?

– If you want to use the BSGM-logo or – avatar for other than website linking purposes, please contact us through info@battlestargalacticamuseum.com.

Special Thanks

First of all, thanks to everyone involved in creating one of the greatest Sci-fi series ever: Battlestar Galactica, without whom this website (obviously) would never have existed. So..thanks to Ronald Moore & David Eick for your visions and to Glen A. Larson for creating the original 1978 series that sparked all of it.
Edward James Olmos, Mary McDonnell, Katee Sackhoff, Jamie Bamber, Tricia Helfer, James Callis, Grace Park, Tahmoh Penikett, Aaron Douglas, Nicki Clyne, Michael Hogan, Alessandro Juliani, Kandyse McClure, Michael Trucco, and everyone else who ever stood in front of a camera for this show.

We would also like to thank Leah Cairns & the parents of Seattle and Savannah, who allowed us to put a page on the website – We can only hope it helps.
Thanks to the Acting Outlaws for allowing us to put a page on the website as well.

Also, to the fans of Battlestar Galactica who stood by the show while it aired and continue to be part of one of the best and tightest fanbases in the world. Without your visits, this site would be nowhere.

And last but (certainly) not least, thanks to everyone who helped create this website by linking articles, sending information,… You are a vital part of keeping this website up to date! And a special mention to Battlestar Wiki for all the stored information!
