Michael Trucco – Nominated “Best Supporting Actor” (short) for DRONE! 1


Michael Trucco has been nominated for a 2015 FilmQuest Award in the “Best Supporting Actor in a short film” category for his work in the USC shortfilm “Drone”!

“Drone” also received several other nominations, including “Best Student Film”, “Best Screenplay (short)” and Daniel Sharman is in the running for the “Best Leading Actor (short)” award! The film was produced as part of the graduate film program at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. It was written by Tony Rettenmaier and directed by Justin S. Lee.

Synopsis (from the “Drone” website): A rookie Air Force drone pilot finds himself increasingly attached to a target he watches from halfway around the world.
